The Arch is a virtually maintenance-free modular arch tensile structure with a square foot-print, that can be used for many applications in schools such as shaded play areas, entrance canopies, walkways, etc. It comes in 8m x 8m, 10m x 10m, 12m x 12m, 16m x 16m & 20m x 20m modules, which may be linked in many different configurations.
Arch structures are designed to British and European safety standards, and their fabric offers 100% UV protection with great light transmission to the space below.
The main elements are: galvanised steel truss structure to create the arch and the tensile fabric canopy.
- Fabric: Heavy duty polyester membrane with 15 years plus design life, BS fire rated with weather proof PVC coating on both sides.
- Fabric surface coating: PVDF polymer resistant to atmospheric pollution.
